At Floral Fusion & Design, we take pride in creating fresh, high-quality floral arrangements for pickup and delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Order Issues & Quality Concerns

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery. If your arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@floralfusiondesign.com.

Include your order number and photos if possible so we can review and make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Fresh flowers and floral arrangements
  • Plants
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Same-day orders

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.

Exchanges

Because flowers are perishable, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you on a suitable resolution.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
